We would like to invite you to the last but one meeting within the cycle “Głos Bliskiego Wschodu/Middle East Speaks”. After the meetings with Arab literature and music, we shall move to yet another Middle Eastern region – Kurdistan. The Kurdish culture evening organised by Villa Decius Association provides a unique opportunity to get to know the history and traditions of the regions.
Three of our guests from Kurdistan will be talking about its history, culture, language, society, religions and its geopolitical situation.
Owing to the host of the evening, mr. Ziyad Raoof, owner of the restaurant “U Ziyada”, the guests will have a chance to taste traditional Kurdish cuisine.
The meeting shall be held in English, questions may be asked in Polish. Free admission. For reservations please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
Project co-financed by Krakow City within “Open Krakow” Project.
