On April 8, 2024, during the national celebrations of the International Day for Monuments and Sites held at the Castle Museum in Sandomierz, Mr. Henryk Woźniakowski – Chair of the Board of the Willa Decjusza Association – was awarded the Gold Badge of Honour “For the Care of Monuments.”
This prestigious distinction is granted to individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the protection of cultural heritage. The award recognizes Mr. Woźniakowski’s long-standing commitment to the preservation, protection, and promotion of historic sites, including his efforts in making significant heritage landmarks accessible to the public.
