Literature
Supporting literary creativity has been one of the program pillars of the Villa Decius Association from the very beginning. This idea is associated with the persons of Karl Dedecius, a great translator of Polish literature into German and the originator of the renovation of the Villa, as well as Albrecht Lempp, a Slavicist, translator and manager of culture, who served as the first director of the Association.
